Q. Will it be free to attend?
A. The screening will be free to attend but will be a ticketed event. Only fans with a ticket will be able to attend.

Q. How can I get a ticket?
A. To get a ticket you must enter the public ballot, which is now open. Entries must be made by 9am on Friday 12th July. You will need to fill out an entry form here. Those that are successful in the ballot will be notified via email from midday on Friday 12th July and have until 11am on Saturday 13th July to secure their free ticket to the event. Any tickets then not secured will be re-released to successful ballot applicants from 12 noon on Saturday 13th July. You can only enter the ballot once.

Q. How does the ticket ballot work?
A. By entering the ballot you enter the draw for tickets to the event. Entry into a ballot does not automatically entitle applicants to tickets, but to a place in the draw. When the ballot opens you will be asked to complete your details to be entered into the draw. Once the ballot closes, you will be put into the draw where the winners will be chosen by a computerised selection process.

Q. Can anyone apply for tickets?
A. You must be over 18 to apply for a ballot ticket, however please note this is not an over 18s event. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

How many tickets can I apply for?
A. You will be able to apply for up to four tickets. You can only enter the ballot once.

Q. Can I buy tickets from other sellers?
A. No, tickets are free of charge and are only available through the official ballot application process. ID Checks may take place at entry to ensure the name on the ticket matches the name of the ticket holder. The selling or transfer of tickets is not allowed and breaches our booking terms and conditions. In such cases, we will cancel the tickets without warning. Please do not buy tickets from Secondary Sales Agents.

Q. Can I sell my tickets to someone else?
A. No. Tickets are free of charge and can only be obtained through the ballot hosted on the official application page. Tickets can be transferred on The O2 Venue app.

Q. When will the screening start?
A. Venue doors will open at 18:00 with live entertainment until the match screening at 20:00. The event will end after the Trophy lift, which will be dependent on extra time and penalties. Check out social channels for further updates: X / Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Linked In.

Q. Will there be food and drink available?
A. Yes, a selection of food and drink will be available to purchase throughout the event.

Q. Will the screening be seated?
A. There is the option for both seated and standing viewing as well as accessible viewing areas. Please make sure you select the most appropriate area when entering the ballot. U16s will only be allowed in the seating area accompanied by an adult and not in the standing area.

Q. Are there any restrictions on what I can wear?
A. This is an England screening so therefore England team shirts and dress will be allowed in the venue but no opposing team shirts or club shirts are allowed. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to non compliant applicants.

Q. How can I get to The O2 by public transport?
A. The O2 is served by the Jubilee line, bus services, river services and the IFS Cloud Cable Car. Please visit tfl.gov.uk or download the TfL Go app to plan your journey.

Q. Will there be parking available at The O2?
Yes parking is available at The O2 for a charge, please see details here for more information on locations and charges.

Q. Can I bring pets?
A. No, you cannot bring pets to the event. The nature of the event means it is not suitable for animals. Only assistance dogs will be allowed.

Q. Can I bring a buggy?
A. Please note buggies and prams are not permitted inside the arena for this event. The nature of the event means it will be busy and we do not have storage available for this equipment. Please find The O2’s bag policy here.

Q. Do I need to bring ID to get into the event?
A. You may be asked to show a photo ID that matches the name printed on your ticket to get in. Any government issued photo ID is allowed, so Passport, Driving License, Citizens card or PASS card.

Q. What do I do if I have accessibility requirements?
A. If you have accessibility requirements, you still need to enter the ballot to be in with a chance of winning a ticket. Please state that you require an accessibility ticket when registering for the ballot.

Q. What is the Accessible Viewing Area like?
A. There are dedicated viewing platforms for wheelchair users with free standing fold out seats available for friends, family and PAs, and non-wheelchair users. The bays are raised above the fixed seating areas. That means you can stay seated and still have a clear view of the action. Even if the audience is standing. Each bay has a steward who’s there to help if you need anything. The accessible bays are all in easy reach of accessible toilet facilities including the changing places unit. There are also areas with accessible seating available for anyone who can walk and leave a seat in case of emergency.

Q. I need a Personal Assistant to support me at the event. Can I get a pass for them?
A. If you are eligible for a PA to accompany you, then you will be given a PA ticket at time of booking.

Q. What can I take into the screening venue?
A. No food or beverages should be brought into the venue. Everyone will be searched upon entry and please only bring small bags and things you need as this will help speed up the search process. We will be operating a bag restriction policy which means that bags must be no bigger than A4. Please remember this to avoid being turned away at the entrance.

Q. What type and size of bags are allowed in the event?
A. To keep queues moving, and to ensure the safety and security of everyone there, we will be operating a bag restriction policy of A4 size bags. Please remember this to avoid being turned away at the entrance. We recommend that you only bring a small bag for essential items or preferably no bag at all. We will send more details of this policy with your ticket, so please read this carefully when it arrives.
