Ballot Rules and Terms & Conditions
These rules apply to the ballot process for tickets to attend EURO 2024 Final screening For the purposes of the below document:
“Organiser(s)” refers to LS Events on behalf of the Greater London Authority
“Applicant(s)” refers to the primary ticket-holder who initially enters the ballot
“Venue” refers to The O2 Arena, Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX
1. Applicants must be 18 years of age or over, as of 14 July 2024, to be eligible to apply for tickets. Please note this is NOT an over 18s event.
2. All tickets will be free of charge (zero value).
3. Successful Applicants will be given the opportunity to select up to four (4) tickets for the EURO 2024 Final screening.
4. Applications may only be made online using the form available on the website.
5. Applications for the ballot can be made online from
euro24finalscreening.tx.is (registration website).
6. All Applicants and their guests must adhere to the Venue terms and conditions found
here.
7. All Applicants must provide proof of age to the Organiser / Venue on request.
8. Each Applicant may only enter the ballot once, regardless of the method of entry. Checks will be made to identify and exclude duplicate applications.
9. Any person who makes more than one application may, without notice, be excluded from the ballot.
10. All online applications must be received by the closing date of Friday 12th July 9am.
11. Successful applicants of the first-round, will be notified by email from Friday 12th July 12pm (noon).
12. The first-round ticket redemption closes on Saturday 13th July 11am. Applicants who are not initially successful will be held on a waiting list for round-two, which opens on Saturday 13 July 12pm (noon).
13. Each successful Applicant will be asked to confirm their attendance at the event and to provide further information about themselves and their guests to the Organiser. The Organiser will require full details, as requested, from the Applicant.
14. Applicants in attendance of the event will be permitted to wear National team shirts. Those of opposing finalist teams and or local clubs will not be permitted, and entry will be refused.
15. Last entry to the venue for this event will be 7:45pm, those not in the venue by this time will not be guaranteed entry.
16. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any applicant.
17. Each Applicant and their guest(s) acknowledges that these terms and conditions of entry, together with any terms and conditions incorporated into the Ballot Rules found on the website and any other reasonable terms and conditions as may be stipulated by the Organiser from time to time, represent the entire agreement between themselves and the Organiser with respect to the event.
18. These Terms and Conditions, together with all other information provided prior to entering the opportunity form part of the rules of applying to the opportunity. By applying to the opportunity, you agree that you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree that you will be bound by them.
19. Due to limited accessibility spaces, there will be a limit of two tickets available to successful accessibility applicants. One of these tickets will be the personal carer ticket if you require one.
20. The Rules shall be exclusively governed by the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
